A simple but very nice recipe. 1/3 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1 chopped green chilli and a big handful of coriander. Put them in a freezer bag with a couple of pork chops (this will probably work just as well with chicken). Marinate for an hour or so, then griddle or BBQ for a few minutes on each side until cooked through.
I served mine with sautéed sweet peppers and another chopped chilli, plus some sliced onion. Deglaze the pan with the remaining marinade and top with some more chopped coriander.
